User Tiers

The API offers various access levels based on your tier. Most metrics are accessible for all users! Please, do read the terms.

Usage (payload) is measured in Data Points (DP). One DP equals one numeric value for one metric at one timestamp. Binned data has multiple numeric values per timestamp. Quota is charged 1:1 with DP. See FAQ for examples.

To request access to Tier 1 and Tier 2, use Request tier access to initiate the automatic onboarding process.
